Happiness Guarantee
If you are unhappy with our services, we will make it right by providing free management services for that month.
Eviction Guarantee
We are so confident in our screening that if we have to fully evict a tenant that we have placed, we will reimburse the owner up to $1,000 in legal fees.
Good Tenant Guarantee
If the tenant we place in your home does not stay for the full year of their first lease, we will place another tenant at no additional cost. Armed forces and personal protection orders are exempt from this guarantee, although we always do our best to “make it right” with our clients.
Pet Damage Guarantee
If a pet we approve causes damage to our clients’ home, we will reimburse up to $1,000 in repairs.
Management Fee Guarantee
We only collect a management fee when your tenant makes a payment. If we don’t collect rent, we don’t get paid. This aligns our goals with yours.
Contract Commitment
Month-to-month contracts with no long-term lock-ins. We earn your business month after month!
